Ted Cruz spoke to the Republican Convention last night and instead of endorsing Donald Trump, he told voters to vote their conscience. The speech started off and a uniting speech, but with roughly four minutes left the crowd knew that Cruz wasn't going to endorse Trump and the boos starting raining down. Even though Donald Trump and the Trump campaign knew that Cruz wouldn't endorse Trump, was it still wrong for Cruz not to endorse?
