“Basically the baby pops out, and then most people say, ‘Where’s the manual?’ ”

That observation comes from Kevin Mills, a stay-at-home dad, father of three and the author of Baby Codes. You might say it’s a manual about how to get your baby to sleep.  It comes with  101 suggestions.

“One of my favorites is baby code 18, which is the infant massage," Mills told KFYO.  "I do this every night with my daughter.  After bath time…I’ll put some Johnson & Johnson Baby Oil gel... just rub it over the skin lightly, put her in a sleeper, and typically she’ll sleep 10 to 12 hours every night."
