Lubbock County Commissioners could see a big raise if approved in September. County Judge Tom Head would see one of the highest pay increases. Judge Head currently makes $77,450 each year. His new pay each year would increase to $109,925. County Commissioners would see their pay go from $57,600 to $75,185. Should elected officials be allowed to vote for a pay increase for themselves?
