The Lubbock City Council voted yesterday to put a possible bond election on hold. Council members voted 4-2 with Councilman Jim Gerlt absent to put off the election due to bad timing and increases in other financial areas of the City.

Taxes, electric rates, and more services will see an increase and some council members didn't believe now was the time to hit taxpayers pocketbooks again. Do you agree with their decision?
