Did Rick Santorum Really Say the Word Black? [VIDEO]

Here is the video Rex and I discussed on the show on Friday. The video features Rick Santorum speaking in Iowa about welfare and entitlements. Some have accused Santorum of saying "black people". Santorum says that he did get tongue tied, but he never said black and never meant to. Yesterday on LFN, Rex said that he believes it does sort of sound like Santorum was going to say "black", while I believe he just stumbled. What do you think? You can watch the video below.
