On Wednesday's edition of The Chad Hasty Show, DeRenda Warren, candidate for U.S. Representative, District 19 joined Chad in the KFYO studio to talk about her campaign and several issues facing the nation as well as West Texas.

Warren and Hasty discussed many important topics, including water sources and storage, border security, improvements that are badly needed for veterans' health care and whether or not it is possible to make President Obama's Affordable Healthcare Act work better for America -- or if it should simply be repealed.

Hasty also asked Warren about her views on agricultural subsidies. Warren replied:

Until Brazil and China stop subsidizing their commodities, we have no choice [but] to help our farmers, because the free market is not there. And, talking with out farmers and our ranchers, all they want are fair prices for the commodities that they're producing.
