Been feeling like you need a little extra sleep? I have good news for you then! Daylight Savings ends this weekend and you get to reclaim that lost hour. At 2am on Sunday, or whenever you go to sleep Saturday night, be sure to "fall back" 1 hour. In other words, if it's 10pm when you go to sleep, change it to 9pm. Otherwise you won't get to church on time.
