Dan Law Field Renovation Groundbreaking Scheduled for Friday Morning
Renovations to the Red Raider baseball field will begin this week.
Groundbreaking for the renovation of Dan Law Field is scheduled for Friday morning at 10 a.m. The event will kick off the $5 million renovation project to the field, which will provide the Tech baseball team with one of the best on-campus collegiate facilities in the country.
The facility improvements have been funded by private donations. The improvements will provide Dan Law Field with seating for more than 4,900 spectators, add a new club area, press area, and a shading structure over the center of the grandstand.
The project is scheduled for completion in mid-February 2012.
