Covenant Hospital Receives Five-Star Rating For Bariatric Surgery

An area hospital has been named among the top in the nation for bariatric surgery.

A recent report released by HealthGrades names Covenant Medical Center as one of the nation’s top hospitals for the weight loss surgery, and gives them a five-star ranking.

The HealthGrades report shows that bariatric surgery patients have a nearly 70 percent lower risk of experiencing complications at the hospital when using a top-rated hospital such as Covenant.
