County Commissioner Candidate Frank Morrison Questions Honesty of County Officials

Former city councilman Frank Morrison is challenging commissioner Bill McCay in the Republican primary. On Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, Morrison talked about changes regarding the budget.
“The first thing is you be honest with the taxpayers. Instead of inflating the budget, you make realistic budgets. And then you stick to it.
Morrison accused McKay of being dishonest with the taxpayers regarding county finances, and he accused county judge Tom Head of lying during budget discussions.
