A Lubbock City Councilman will host a town hall meeting next week to find out what Lubbockites think on the council’s policies.

District 3 Councilman Todd Klein will host the town hall meeting on Tuesday, November 15th in the Parsons Elementary School library, located at 2811 58th Street. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.

Some of the topics to be discussed include strategic planning and strategic budgeting, and residents of any district are invited to bring any suggestions, concerns, or questions to the meeting.

Klein is also asking that residents bring two cans of food to the meeting, saying “As the weather turns colder and we prepare to enter the holiday season, it’s important to remember those less fortunate than us. These donations will provide a much needed hand to the South Plains Food Bank and the people they serve.”
