Coronado & Monterey FFA Students Compete in Stock Show Tonight

We are officially into the new year and that means it's Stock Show time!

FFA students from both Coronado and Monterey High Schools will show their animals tonight at the annual LISD Joint Stock Show at the LISD Ag Barn located at 5518 Marsha Sharp Freeway (just west of O’Banion Field, the Coronado baseball field).  The showing begins at 6 p.m. with rabbits and will continue with goats, lambs and swine.  In addition to the stock show, there will also be a live auction. The auction is a fundraiser to help defray the costs associated with the students’ animal projects. The public is invited to attend and encouraged to come out to support these young men and women and their endeavors.
