Coronado High School to Present Winter Dessert Theatre

A local high school will present a production and dessert this week.

Coronado High School Theatre will present their Winter Dessert Theatre this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7 p.m.

The group will present two plays at the events, combined with desserts supplied by United Market Street.

The first play, Not Another Christmas Story,” written by Coronado High School senior Sydney Pasma, is a contemporary take on Charles Dickens’ Scrooge character, this time featuring a teenage girl with similar selfish tendencies.

The second play, “Operation: Silent Night,” by CHS senior Evan James focuses on the kidnapping of Mrs. Claus. Both plays are suitable for attendees of all ages.

Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for children at the door, and a dollar off can be had on tickets reserved in advance. To reserve tickets, call 766-0655 before 4 p.m. each day prior to the performances.
