St. Patrick's Day is synonymous with green beer and corned beef, but is there a way to celebrate nutritiously?  Yes.

We talked with Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets about keeping your St. Patrick's Day fun and nutritious.  Not only does March have St. Paddy's Day, but it's also National Nutrition Month.

Brenda suggested adding spices, instead of salt, to season dishes, Irish or otherwise.  She also has a couple of great recipes on their website for corned beef, including corned beef and cabbage Spring Rolls!  Yep.
