When asked about the infamous YouTube video of Marines urinating on dead Taliban soldiers, Neugebauer said that although it was a bad decision on the Marines’ part, he would hate for the soldiers to be seen as “war criminals.”
“It was something that they shouldn’t have done…but I don’t know if they’re necessarily criminals for doing that.”
Neugebauer also spoke about Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul. He said that he and Paul share similar views, except on foreign affairs. Neugebauer also said that he would support Ron Paul if he were named the Republican candidate.
You can listen to Congressman Randy Neugebauer Mondays at 7:35 on Lubbock’s First News.
