Clovis Police Find Cocaine and Over $4,000 in Drug Trafficking Investigation

A Clovis Police Department narcotics trafficking investigation has resulted in the arrest of one and the citation of another.
Yesterday the Clovis Police Department SWAT team along with other officers conducted a search warrant in the 800 block of North Connelly Street in Clovis. Cocaine, marijuana and prescription medications were found in the home, along with stolen property. $4,000 in cash was also found in the home.
34-year-old Sergio James was arrested and charged with five different counts, including possession and intent to traffic cocaine, possession of dangerous drugs, and resisting, evading and obstructing an officer. He is being held in the Curry County Detention Center. An unidentified underage male was cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and was released to a guardian.
