The City of Lubbock is offering a way to recycle your old phone books.

Beginning on Monday, February 10th, residents can drop off old phone books at any of the four permanent City of Lubbock drop-off locations.

Those locations are:

  • South Milwaukee – 7308 Milwaukee Avenue
  • North Quaker – 4307 Adrian Street
  • Southside – 1631 84th Street, just west of Avenue P
  • Northside – 208 Municipal Drive

The phone book recycling project is a collaboration between the City of Lubbock Solid Waste Services department, Names and Numbers, and Hurley Companies.

Telephone books will be accepted through Monday, March 10th. The facilities will be open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
