City of Lubbock Government Offices Closed for Memorial Day

City of Lubbock offices will be closed on Monday in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.

No trash will be collected on Monday, Memorial Day and will be moved to Tuesday. Normal Tuesday trash collection will occur on Wednesday.

All public libraries will be closed along with the recycling drop off locations at 208 Municipal Drive and 1631 84th Street.

The West Texas Regional Facility and the Caliche Canyon Landfill will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday as well.

Emergency services will continue to operate without interruption.
