Chief Operating Officer Marsha Reed Talks About a “Very Busy Weekend”

“It has been a very busy weekend.”

That comment came from chief operating officer Marsha Reed, but many others would no doubt agree.

Some might disagree with a later statement:

“I’m not sure that anything truly failed as far as the water system goes.”

On the other hand…

“There are some lessons to be learned," Reed said.    One of which was about generators.

“We have portable generators on just a few of the key pump stations in the city.  Not all pump stations have generators.
