Kale. What is the freakin' deal with kale? It's the newest trendy food that everybody is gaga about. And now, even Chick-Fil-A is adding it to their menu.

I'm all for eating healthy. I don't do it usually, but I'm all for it. I'll even try anything at least once. Even kale. Chick-fil-A just announced they're adding it to their menu in this press release:

"The Superfood Side is made with a blend of hand-chopped kale and Broccolini, tossed in a sweet and tangy maple vinaigrette dressing and topped with flavorful dried sour cherries. It is served with a blend of roasted nuts (walnuts, almonds and pecans) that enhances the flavor and provides added crunch," said the company.

OK, cool. Feeling extra fit and want to eat that way? Go for it. But the one time I tried kale it was like, well, it was like when you were a kid and you picked a dandelion to blow the little things off and some of that white milky stuff got on your hands. Kale tastes like that smells: Plant-y.

Love some Chick-fil-A, but you can keep the kale, thank you.
