During Tuesday's edition of Lubbock's First News on KFYO, Cheryl Isaacs of Coldwell Banker dropped by the studio to talk about Kitec plumbing.

If your home was built between 1999 and 2007, there is a good chance it has Kitec plumbing. This type of pluming is very unreliable. "It's not if it leaks, it's when it leaks," Cheryl Isaacs explained. It is important to replace this dated plumbing before it causes major water damage.

Plumbing leaks can be very expensive for homeowners. If you are uncertain whether your home has Kitec plumbing you can contact Earl's Plumbing. Earl's Plumbing will check for free. "If you are selling your house, you need to know," Isaacs said.
