Does Lubbock need a performing arts center?  Where would it be located?  Who would pay for it?  Those are some of the questions being asked in the first stage of a process that ultimately could take years.  On Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, Tim Collins from the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce said it’s in the hands of

“They’ll give us an idea of what we need,” Collins said.  “How many seats do we need?  What kind of accessories does this building need to have to serve the needs of the community, the arts community.”
