Chad’s Morning Brief: Will The RNC Shift Money to Down Ballot Races?
According to a report from POLITICO, the RNC is considering shifting money to down ballot races if Trump doesn't improve by October. It's possible, but I do think Trump will improve in the polls by then. If he doesn't though, it's important that the RNC does what it can to protect the House and Senate.
