President Obama traveled to Cuba on Sunday in a historic trip for the President. While Cuba will continue to open up for Americans, there are real issues in Cuba that must be addressed. Ignoring the problems Cubans face helps no one. This is Chad's Morning Brief for March 21, 2016.
