Chad’s Morning Brief: Local Elections Matter

Early voting starts today and I predict a low turnout for local elections. The race for Mayor and other positions in Lubbock haven't inspired a lot of citizens it seems, but everyone should remember just how important local elections are. This is Chad's Morning Brief for April 25, 2016.
