Is Voting To Abandon The Coliseum The Responsible Way Forward?

On May 5th, Lubbock voters will be asked to abandon the Lubbock Municipal Auditorium and Coliseum. The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce supports the plan and has come out with a campaign stating that it would move Lubbock forward. The problem? How much will the future cost and how much will taxpayers be on the hook for?

Is voting to abandon the coliseum really the responsible way forward when we don't even know the plans?
