Chad’s Morning Brief: Democrats Take Aim At Ted Cruz

According to POLITICO, the election map is so bad for Democrats that they are pinning their hopes of taking back the Senate on a Democrat defeating Ted Cruz in 2018. Rep. Beto O'Rourke (D) announced his campaign to beat Ted Cruz last week, but his chances are slim.

I do however lay out one scenario in which a Democrat could win Cruz's seat.
