Chad’s Morning Brief: A Pro-Second Amendment Ruling From The 9th Circuit [WATCH]
In a surprising move, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals actually ruled in favor of the Second Amendment. They made the right ruling in my opinion, I'm just surprised they actually handed down the ruling they did. The 9th Circuit affirmed that we have a right to carry a firearm in public. We do have that right and I am happy we do.
