Chad Hasty Show and The Choc’late Mousse: Pie Bar [AUDIO]

The Friday edition of the Chad Hasty Show was live at The Choc'late Mousse: Pie Bar in North Kingsgate Center. Chad spoke with owner Carson McCabe about the Pie Bar and their new location on 82nd street and Quaker.

Carson spoke about the beginnings of the Pie Bar, the new location, and the family effort behind the concept of The Choc'late Mousse.One of the new features of the Kingsgate location is breakfast on the menu with casseroles and quiche.

I was able to sample the Bacon quiche from the breakfast menu and it was phenomenal. I can't say enough about the quality of their menu and the continued innovation they bring to the Lubbock restaurant scene.
