City Councilman Todd Klein wants to create a citizen task force for LP&L. That is just one of the things I talk about in today's Afternoon Update. New polling numbers have come out about Obamacare and a possible shutdown of the Government. Some Republicans are worried that a shutdown would be disastrous for the GOP.
