Carl Tepper Elected Chairman of Lubbock County Republican Party

The Lubbock County Republican Party has a new chairman.

The group's executive committee unanimously elected Carl Tepper to the position Monday evening. Tepper was elected after Chris Winn resigned the post to run for Congress in the 19th Congressional District .

Tepper, a Texas Tech graduate, is a commercial property professional who was a military aviator during the Persian Gulf War. He has been active with the Salvation Army Lubbock Corps.
