Canadian MP Plays Air-Guitar During House of Commons Session [VIDEO]

Imagine if Speaker Boehner had done this during President Obama's State of the Union speech. Well, okay, it might have actually made the speech more entertaining if he had.

Canadian Member of Parliament, Graham Evans, was caught on camera playing a little air-guitar in the House of Commons as Canada’s Defense Secretary was presenting a speech on military cuts.

Evans denies strumming away, and instead claims he was “just tapping” his fingers on a rolled up program. What do you think? Is he a Guitar Hero in the making?
