Lubbock was supposed to get a huge, 18-minute long fireworks display for the 4th of July, but the weather had other plans. However, according to a recent Facebook post, Broadway Festivals is still considering rescheduling the event.

For those of you asking about the fireworks being rescheduled, we and Reagor both are looking at how we may be able to still have our Reagor-Dykes Mitsubishi Fireworks Extravaganza. Stay tuned for updates. We are doing everything we can to make it happen.

If you bought tickets to see Randy Rogers as part of the 4th on Broadway Festival, you are probably wondering about the status of your refund. Be sure to keep your wristband, as promoters are still working on how to get folks their money back.

According to the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, "4th on Broadway is also working on refunding people for the Randy Rogers concert on Monday night, they encourage everyone to hold on to their red wrist bands, and monitor their website as well as their Facebook."

In essence, there are still no concrete answers but we will continue to check for updates.
