Bridge of Lubbock to Host Thanksgiving Meal Monday For Low-Income Families

The Bridge of Lubbock will host their Thanksgiving meal next week.

Their Holiday Outreach: Thanksgiving meal for the homeless and low-income families will be held on Monday, November 19^th at noon.

Volunteers are invited to come as early as 10:30 a.m. to help set up the cafeteria, and stay until 2 p.m. to help clean up.

Last year’s event served over 350 people in need, and the group also gave attendees a grocery bag full of canned goods.

The meal will be held at Oakwood Baptist Church, located at 60^th Street and Avenue U in Lubbock.
