Birth Certificates Available at City Hall Vital Statistics
The City of Lubbock reminds citizens about birth certificates for kids heading to school.
Birth Certificates are available at City Hall at 1625 13th Street from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
There is a $23 charge for each birth certificate, and they accept cash or credit cards only.
The Vital Statistics office is just inside the east entrance of City Hall. Birth certificates are no longer available at the Health Department.
