With the impending departure of Texas A&M from the Big 12 Conference, Baylor is on a full court press to force Texas Tech, Texas, Texas A&M to stay in the Big 12 Conference.

Baylor has set up a page on their official website titled Don't Mess with Texas Football. On the page Baylor takes issue with Texas Tech, Texas & Texas A&M:

Texans must stand up and call the leadership of the University of Texas, Texas A&M, and Texas Tech to clear-headed thinking about the state's future. Texas' flagship institutions of higher learning are the guardians of the state's future—their loyalties must first be to Texas and to her citizens. Ask these leaders to take a stand for Texas and to stop this madness that will lead to the dissolution of the Big 12 and the end of an era for Texas.

Baylor is also urging fans and supporters of the Bears to get involved by contacting the three universities they take issue with; and urge them to stay in the Big 12 Conference.  Baylor provides e-mail and contact links to the chancellors and Regent members for all three universities on a separate page.

As soon as tomorrow, Texas A&M could publicly accept an invite to the SEC, while both Oklahoma and Oklahoma State are making plans to leave the Big 12 and go to the PAC-12 Conference. These two moves could prove to be the death-knell of Big 12 Conference.
