Battleground Texas Heads to Lubbock

Battleground Texas, the organization that plans on turning Texas blue will be heading to Lubbock next week. Alex Steele, the Field Director for the organization will be in town to discuss Battleground Texas and to get feedback from local Democrats and community activists about what has worked for them locally. Or in the case of local Democrats here in Lubbock, what hasn't been working for them. Steele was previously part of Obama for America acting as Field Director and was part of the Presidential Inaugural Committee.

Battleground Texas will be meeting Tuesday, March 26 at Texas Tech in Human Sciences Room 69. They encourage people to sign up here.
