Tom Collins is the host of "Sunrise LBK" weekdays from 6:00-8:30 AM on KFYO. Tom previously served as host of Lubbock's First News on KFYO from October 2012-February 2017. Tom has been on and around the air waves since 1980, with stints at many radio stations in Lubbock: KSEL AM-FM, KEND, KTLK, KKIK-FM, KZII and now over 20 years, combined, at KFYO. Tom is an independent business operator involved in marketing and advertising. He's a Texas Tech Graduate with a B.A. in telecommunications and business minor. Tom has two adult children, two dogs (Jimmy Don and Memphis) and a worthless cat named Spin. He’s old enough to know-better, and young enough to do it again!
