Three City of Lubbock Employees Face Felony Theft Charges
Charges against the men, who work for the City’s Water Utilities Department, were upgraded to first degree felonies since the three are public servants.

Cole Shooter, a Lubbock native, attended Lubbock High School and holds a degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University, where he minored in music performance, specifically voice, organ, and carillon.
