American Diabetes Associaton Demonstates ‘Healthy Living in the Real World” [AUDIO]

On Tuesday's edition of Lubbock's First News, Dr. Kelly Robinson and Brice Foster talked with Tom Collins and Laura Mac about an upcoming health seminar for people with diabetes.

The American Diabetes Association will be hosting its 4th annual "Healthy Living in the Real World," seminar this weekend. This year's featured speaker is Dr. Larry Warmoth form the Kidney Center of Lubbock. There will also be a panel discussion, as well as healthy cooking and exercise demonstrations to help educate people on how to live a healthy life with diabetes.

The seminar will take place Saturday, April 20th, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Wellness Today, located at 2431 South Loop 289. Admission to the event is free. For more information on the event, call 806-790-0835.
