Amber Alert Issued for 14-Year-Old Ruby Paloma Contreras of Dallas-Fort Worth Area

An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing teenager from the Metroplex.

Fourteen-year-old Ruby Paloma Contreras was last seen on Wednesday, April 24^th in Haltom City.

Contreras is described as Hispanic, 4’11” tall, weighing around 95 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.

She is believed to be in the company of Stephan Andrew Cox, who is described as a 26-year-old white male, 5’5” and weighing around 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

He is believed to have traveled to El Paso by way of a Greyhound Bus from the downtown Fort Worth terminal on April 24^th.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children have Contreras listed as an endangered runaway.

The Amber Alert has been issued by the North Richland Hills Police Department.
