Amber Alert for Missing 2-year old Leah Aguirre Has Been Cancelled; Body of a Female Toddler Found

The body of a dead female toddler has been found in Crosbyton.
The Crosbyton Police and FBI executed a search warrant at the home of Matilda Alvarez on Thursday and discovered the body presumed to be missing 2-year old Leah Aguirre.
She was found hidden in the basement on a shelf wrapped in plastic and hidden under a pile of clothes.
Alvarez has been arrested for Capital Murder for the death of the small child and the Amber Alert issued Monday for Leah Aguirre has been cancelled.
A postmortem examination of the body will be conducted on Friday morning for the cause and manner of death.
