Speak Your Mind Texas Mental Health Campaign Comes to Lubbock

A new mental health campaign is being launched in Lubbock focusing on teens and young adults.

The Texas Department of State Health Services initiative, Speak Your Mind Texas, will host a town-hall style meeting at the Legacy Event Center, Thursday, July 24 8-11 a.m.

At the meeting mental health professionals, young people seeking or in treatment and community members will speak about mental issues. DSHS is encouraging teens and young adults to come and experience the event along with teachers, coaches and other youth community leaders.
