Lubbock police are investigating another convenience store robbery that took place in the early morning hours on Tuesday, July 21.

Authorities say a 7 Eleven on the 2600 block of Avenue Q was held up around 3:30 a.m.  by a black male who was wearing a white shirt on his head and armed with a knife.

The suspect who was also described as wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts at the time of the robbery, was last seen walking out of the store towards Lomax Park.

It is unknown how much money was stolen, and police continue to investigate. This is the second convenience store robbery in as many days.
