62nd Annual Texas Tech National Rodeo Begins This Week

The Red Raiders’ annual rodeo is coming up this week.

The 62^nd Annual Texas Tech National Intercollegiate Rodeo will be held Thursday, October 20^th through Saturday, October 22^nd.

Fifteen colleges and universities from the Southwest Region of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo association will compete in the three day event, featuring more than 500 participants.

The rodeo will be held at the Texas Tech Equestrian Center, 3 quarters of a mile south of 50^th Street on Upland Avenue.

Admission is $8 for Thursday and Friday, and $10 for Saturday. Children under 5 are admitted free.
